Common questions
How is the design fee calculated?
The fee depends on the type of project, its size and the scope you need: design development and construction drawings, or the full service including the contractor tender and consultancy throughout construction. Tell us the brief, the location and the area on LINE and we will propose a scope and a fee first, at no charge.
Does MAKE IT POP build?
We are not the contractor, but we do not stop at the drawings. We produce complete construction drawings and specifications, run the tender and help you select the contractor, then act as your consultant on site throughout construction until the work is finished.
Can a house in Thailand really stay cool without running the air-conditioning all day?
Yes, if it starts with the plan rather than the air-conditioner. We turn the house away from the afternoon sun, shade it with eaves and screens, open real paths for the wind and choose materials that hold little heat.
Can I see the design before it is built?
Yes. We present in 3D and VR, so you can walk through the space close to how it will really be before you decide.
Do you take projects outside Bangkok?
Yes. The studio is in Bangkok, and we have designed projects in Chiang Mai, Nan, Prachinburi, Pattaya, Loei and Phetchabun.
