About the project
A full renovation of an existing house, inside and out. At the front we added vertical timber battens for shade and privacy. Inside we took down walls to open the living room, kitchen and dining room into one space.
Arched openings in the walls and pale wood change the feel of the house, and under the stair we made a small planted court so light and green reach the middle of the house.
