Nhongbua House

About the project

A single-storey house by the water, with every room turned toward the lake. A large white-framed gable works as both a frame for the view and a sunshade, and breeze-block walls on a stone base help the house sit naturally on the land.

Inside it is white and wood. The bedroom sits under the high gable with a glass wall looking onto the water, and sliding glass doors divide the kitchen from the living area so the whole house can open to the breeze.
